We want to design and build a customized website that will not only look great but optimize your contact with your clients and generate more revenue for your business or organization. 

The Process

Make an Appointment: When you contact us, we will set up a convenient appointment time to meet you, either in person, over the phone or Skype. This initial consultation is completely FREE! There are no commitments at this point.  

Your First Appointment: We take the time to get to know your individual needs and make a plan for your customized website. You will be given a personalized price quote at this point. Keep in mind, our prices are hard to beat! We do quality work for much less than most of our competitors!  

The Contract: When you decide to hire our services we will enter into a contract where both parties benefit, including an agreed upon timeline for completion of the project. At this point a 20% non refundable deposit will be required. We will accept payment of cash or check, then the design process begins!  

Design Presentation: On our next meeting you will be presented with an initial design of your website. Any revisions you deem necessary will be noted at this meeting. Once revisions are complete and approved, the building of the actual site will begin.

Final Website Presentation: Once the site is complete, you will be presented with the final product. At this point, you will be given an invoice and your final payment is due in full. We accept cash or check only.

Website Maintenance Programs (optional)

Let’s say you need to update some pictures or change an event posted on your website, you have the option of allowing us to take care of your website management. There are two different options!  Which one works best for you? 
             
We can manage your website for you, for a fee of $99 a month. You will receive site content revisions as you wish. (this price provides up to three hours of work.)

You could choose to pay only $45 per hour to have us make necessary content revisions to your website as you see fit.
